ABOUT ME

Hi ! I’m Alicia Buckley.

I’m the founder of HappyDowns, and a family caregiver myself.

As the primary caregiver for my younger sister with Down Syndrome, I’ve learned firsthand the joys and challenges of caregiving.

Through HappyDowns, I share resources and encouragement so caregivers feel supported and never alone.
